1. Welcome to the RFX.Zone portal. Let's see how vendors can get setup with a free account to start submitting bids.

2. To get a free account, vendors must sign up through an existing organization's RFX.Zone webpage. In this example, the vendor is on the organization DemoUser's webpage. Here the vendor can click "Submit Quote"

3. Next, if the vendor doesn't have an account, click "Vendors" to sign up.

4. Fill out the registration form. All fields are required here.

5. Then click "Create Account". If you make a mistake on the image numbers, you may have to click the refresh button to get a new set of numbers.

6. Once you have successfully created the account, click "Go to Login"

7. Use the email and password you just created to login.

9. If those steps were followed, the vendor will be presented with the request they clicked on the organization's RFX.Zone webpage. The vendor will only be able to view requests from this organization.
