1. Welcome to the RFX.Zone portal

2. Let's look at the organization profile. First, click "System Administration"

3. Then click "Profile" under Organization Admin

4. Here you are presented with the Organizational Profile. Click "Edit" to update the details.

5. Type your updates into the form. Be sure to list the address, city, state, zip, phone, and website. These will appear on your RFX.Zone webpage.

6. The WebTag field is very important. This will be the name of your RFX.Zone webpage. In the example, the WebTag is "demouser". This results in the website URL being "https://rfx.zone/demouser". There can be no spaces or special characters except "-" in the WebTag.

7. Click this file field to upload a logo file. The file format should be PNG or JPG. The recommended image dimensions should be in a 4x1 or 3x1 ratio of width to height.

8. Click "Save Changes" to complete the updating of the profile.

9. On the details page, you can click the WebTag link to view your custom RFX.Zone webpage.

10. This page will display your active requests to the public. Vendors will be able to login and submit responses to your RFXs through this webpage at no cost.

11. The vendor will be able to click the request to review the proposal files.
