1. Welcome to the RFX.Zone portal

2. Creating a new request is simple. First, click "Create New"

3. Then fill out the form. All fields are required except Category.

4. You can select Request for Proposals, Quotes, or Information, depending on what request you are preparing to post.

5. When selecting a category, you can hold the Control key to select more than one category.

6. Click "Display On Web" if you want the request to be immediately visible on your RFX.Zone webpage.

7. Click "Sealed Bids/Quotes" to keep bids sealed until the review date.

8. Click "Choose File" to select your document to upload. This document should contain all of the information needed for vendors to submit the appropriate response. This file is required to be a PDF.

9. Use the date picker to select the dates.

11. Use the time picker to select a time.

13. Click "OK" then repeat those steps for Closing and Review dates and times.

14. Click "Create New Request" and the task is complete.
